`GET /incidents/v1/osha/establishments/{establishment_id}`

    - `size` integer — size is the size classification: 1 (< 20 employees), 21 (20-99 employees), 22 (100-249 employees), 3 (250+ employees).
    - `establishment_type` integer — establishment_type is the type: 1 (Private), 2 (State Government), 3 (Local Government).
