# Advance simulated shipment

`POST /api/v1/test-helpers/checkout-intents/{checkoutIntentId}/shipments/advance`

Advance the simulated shipment for a checkout intent. To trigger delayed or
canceled shipping scenarios, create the checkout intent with a matching
shipping and delivery test product:
