# Change existing prefix for domain

`PATCH /v1/sites/{id}/maindomain/prefix`

Attempt to change existing domain with existing www. prefix to the one without, or vice-versa.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required — ID of the Site you are interacting with

## Request body

- PatchMainDomainPrefixRequest
  - `www` boolean — Use www.$domain rather than $domain

## Response `200`
