# Get Site Templates

`GET /v1/sites/templates/{template_id}`

Get information about a specific site template

## Path parameters

- `template_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

  - `success` boolean — whether the request succeeded
  - `errors` string[]
  - `messages` string[], nullable
  - `result` SiteTemplate
    - `name` string — Name of the site template
    - `template_id` string, uuid — Unique ID (UUID) of the site template
    - `created_from` object — properties showing what site the template was created from
      - `site_id` integer — Site ID the template was created based on. NOTE: This site cannot be larger than 4Gb
      - `domain` string — Domain the template was created based on
    - `config` WordPressMetadata — properties about the WordPress site
      - `wordpress` object — WordPress properties
        - `version` string — version of WordPress that the site was running
        - `php_version` string, nullable — version of PHP that the site was running
        - `plugins` WordPressPluginOrTheme[]
          - `name` string
          - `title` string
          - `version` string
          - `activated` boolean
        - `themes` WordPressPluginOrTheme[]
          - `name` string
          - `title` string
          - `version` string
          - `activated` boolean
    - `notes` string — Notes about the site template
    - `tags` string[] — Tags which can be used to filter / search site templates
    - `created_at` string, date-time — When the site template was created
    - `updated_at` string, date-time — When the site template was last updated
