# Activate or deactivate WordPress themes on given site

`PATCH /v1/sites/{id}/themes`

Endpoint that can be used to either activate or deactivate already installed theme on given site.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required — ID of the Site you are interacting with

## Request body

- ActivateThemeRequest
  - `theme` string
  - `status` 'activate' | 'deactivate' — Activate or Deactivate a theme

## Response `200`

OK

    - `activated` string

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — Authentication failed
