Returns an Roblox.Api.Avatar.Models.V4.OutfitDefinition containing an Roblox.Api.Avatar.Models.V4.OutfitModelV4 and background Roblox.Api.Avatar.Models.V4.OutfitConfigurations. Behavior is aligned with the V1/V3 GET v{1|3}/outfits/{userOutfitId}/details endpoints (authentication optional).
