Map feature detail (compact; cameras full)

Public single-feature detail — the map popup variant. No API key required. Cameras return full properties plus the lazy-loaded upstream detail (stream URLs are the public map's core UX); every other feature type returns the bare row with properties reduced to a _detail hint — full properties require an API key on /features/{id}/details.
