Map event detail (compact)

Public compact detail for a single event — the map popup variant. No API key required. Same shape as /events/{id} but with the compact-list cut applied: description is replaced with a hint and metadata is omitted. Archived events beyond the anonymous 7-day window are rejected with 403; full detail requires an API key on /events/{id}.
