Lifecycle and schedule changes for features. Requires Pro+ plan.

Filterable by feature_id, source, feature_type, change_type, from, to, plus limit/offset. change_type is one of created, deactivated, reactivated, start_time_change, end_time_change, estimated_start_time_change, estimated_end_time_change — the last two are how an agency rescheduling a planned job shows up as data.
