`GET /slack/add/channels`

Lists channels the bot can join using the short-lived installation token issued after Slack OAuth.

## Headers

- `400` — Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401` — Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403` — Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404` — Not Found - Resource does not exist

- `429` — Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500` — Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
