# Update/Replace an existing address

`PUT /v1/Addresses/{id}`

Replace an existing address.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Request body

- RevAppUpdateModelsAddress
  - `override_address_verification` boolean — Allows address verification to be skipped
  - `address_id` integer — Primary identifier for this address.
  - `customer_id` integer — Foreign identifier linking to an associated customer. Not needed for Service, Billing, or Listing addresses.
  - `first_name` string — First name of person associated with this address. Not needed if Company_Name is filled.
  - `middle_initial` string — Middle initial of person associated with this address.
  - `last_name` string — Last name of person associated with this address. Not needed if Company_Name is filled.
  - `company_name` string — Name of the company associated with this address. Not needed if First and Last Name is filled.
  - `line_1` string — First line of address. (i.e. Street Number, Street Name, Post Direction)
  - `line_2` string — Second line of address. (i.e. Apt, Unit, Floor)
  - `city` string
  - `state_or_province` string — State if USA, Province for some other countries.
  - `postal_code` string — Zip for USA (5-digit), can be longer for other countries.
  - `postal_code_extension` string — Zip+4 for USA
