Extract clean content from a URL

Turns a single URL into clean reader-mode content — Markdown, JSON, or article HTML — pulled from the fully-rendered page (so it works on JavaScript-heavy sites). Text only; for image + text in one call use POST /v1/screenshot/json with extract: true.
