`GET /postgres/{postgresId}/export`

List [exports](https://render.com/docs/postgresql-backups#logical-backups) for a Postgres instance by ID. Returns a URL to download the export.

  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `url` string — URL to download the Postgres export

## Other responses

- `400` — The request could not be understood by the server.
- `401` — Authorization information is missing or invalid.
- `404` — Unable to find the requested resource.

- `500` — An unexpected server error has occurred.
- `503` — Server currently unavailable.
