Get category detail with member orgs and products

Returns orgs and products whose category matches the canonical slug. Aliases redirect: a non-canonical slug that matches an alias in the categories overlay returns a 301 Moved Permanently to the canonical URL. Unknown slugs (neither canonical nor aliased) return 404.
