# Point - Latitude and Longitude

`POST /parcels/point`

This endpoint delivers parcels using latitude and longitude points. You can add a radius zone to the point or points and limit the amount of parcels returned in the response. Parameter 'geojson' takes priority if Lat/Lon is used in same request. This endpoint allows access to test all of our premium matched datasets. **Attention API Trial Token Users:** Data is restricted to 7 counties. Please only use data from one of the restricted counties.

        - `ed_lag` number — Lowest Adjacent Grade - lowest observed ground elevation above sea level around the boundary of the building. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_hag` number — Highest Adjacent Grade - highest observed ground elevation above sea level around the boundary of the building. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_mean_elevation` number — Mean ground elevation in ft under the structure footprint. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_mean_slope` integer — Mean roof slope. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_stories` integer — Estimated number of stories based on building height. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_gross_area` number — Estimated area of the building based on stories and square footage of the polygon. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
        - `ed_volume` number — Volume of the building based on square footage and the mean height of the polygon in cubic feet. Available with Matched Building Footprints with Height Addon.
