Get Camera Settings

Get current camera configuration settings and preferences.

This endpoint provides access to camera system configuration including camera preferences for device selection and format settings, system settings for camera-related configuration parameters, default values with factory defaults and recommendations, and operational parameters that affect camera behavior and performance.

Configuration Categories

The system manages camera selection settings for preferred device criteria and auto-detection behavior, and format preferences including default resolution, format priority order for MJPEG versus YUYV, and default framerate selection policy.
