`POST /debug/set-gc-percent`

## Request body

- DebugSetGcPercentRequest
  - `gc-percent` integer — Target percentage of newly allocated data to trigger garbage collection.
  - `_group` string — Assign the request to a custom stats group.
  - `_async` boolean — Run the command asynchronously. Returns a job id immediately.

## Response `200`

Previous garbage collection target percentage returned after update.
