Create Checkout

Create a Stripe Checkout Session for individual subscription.

Monthly billing only. Rejects org members. Accepts optional success_url/cancel_url from the frontend and requires an explicit validated frontend origin for default billing redirects.

Returns: Checkout session URL to redirect the user.
