# Create a new PredefinedValue in the datamodel

`POST /predefined-values`

Creates a PredefinedValue resource.

## Request body

- PredefinedValuePredefinedValueInputPredefinedValueInputCreate
  - `id` string
  - `attribute` object
    - `id` string
  - `name` LocaleTranslation — This structure does accept key & values where key has to be a locale code configured in your PIM & the value is the value for this field in this locale.
    - `fr_FR` string
    - `en_US` string
  - `description` LocaleTranslation — This structure does accept key & values where key has to be a locale code configured in your PIM & the value is the value for this field in this locale.
    - `fr_FR` string
    - `en_US` string

PredefinedValue resource created

  - `legacyId` integer
  - `attribute` AttributesEavAttributeOutputPredefinedValueOutput
    - `id` string — This is the unique identifier of the resource
