Ses Webhook

Webhook endpoint for AWS SES to deliver incoming emails.

SES can be configured to:

1. Store email in S3, then trigger SNS -> this endpoint
2. Or directly call this endpoint with email data (smaller emails only)

PRODUCTION SETUP:

• Configure SES receipt rule to call this endpoint via SNS
• Or use Lambda to process S3 stored emails and call this endpoint
