List Video Detected Clips

Detected play clips for a submitted video — the same data the internal flow serves at /jobs/{job_id}/clips.

video_uuid accepts either the Glory League video UUID or the league DB's numeric videos.video_id (the /jobs key).

Empty until the stats were delivered (the clips query itself filters on league status '4'). 404 when the key matches nothing.

When VIDEO_ENDPOINTS_LIVE is False, returns a preview response.
