Cancel Job

Cancel a submitted video processing job.

Only jobs still in the "processing" state can be cancelled. Cancelling an already-cancelled job succeeds without changing anything; jobs that have completed or terminally failed return 409.

When VIDEO_ENDPOINTS_LIVE is False, returns a preview response.

Objective video-quality measurements (resolution and frame_rate) with per-component 0-1 scores. Unknown metadata is represented by null component scores. No grade or show/hide decision is implied.
