`GET /users`

## Query parameters

- `search` string — Search string to find users
- `page` integer — Page number starting from 1
- `per-page` integer — Number of items per page

## Response `200`

Retrieved

- UserPublicList — A list response from a pagination request
  - `page` integer, required — The current page the pagination request is on
  - `per_page` integer, required — The number of pages per pagination request
  - `next_page` integer — The next page, if this on is not the last
  - `page_count` integer, required — The total number of pages
  - `total_count` integer, required — The total number of resources matching the list request
  - `resources` UserPublic[], required
    - `name` string — The display name for this user
    - `username` string, required — The lowercase account name for this user
    - `description` string — A short description of the user
    - `picture` string — URL to the picture associated with this user
