`POST /api/apps/install`

Install a new app by its info (background, returns job_id).

## Request body

- AppInfo
  - `name` string, required
  - `source_kind` 'hf_space' | 'dashboard_selection' | 'local' | 'installed', required — Kinds of app source.
  - `description` string
  - `url` string, nullable
  - `extra` object

## Response `200`
