# Removes a Plaid reseller's end customer.

`POST /partner/customer/remove`

The `/partner/customer/remove` endpoint is used by reseller partners to remove an end customer. Removing an end customer will remove it from view in the Plaid Dashboard and deactivate its API keys. This endpoint can only be used to remove an end customer that has not yet been enabled in full Production.

## Request body

- PartnerCustomerRemoveRequest — Request schema for `/partner/customer/remove`.
  - `client_id` string — Your Plaid API `client_id`. The `client_id` is required and may be provided either in the `PLAID-CLIENT-ID` header or as part of a request body.
  - `secret` string — Your Plaid API `secret`. The `secret` is required and may be provided either in the `PLAID-SECRET` header or as part of a request body.
  - `end_customer_client_id` string, required — The `client_id` of the end customer to be removed.

## Response `200`

OK

- PartnerCustomerRemoveResponse — Response schema for `/partner/customer/remove`.
  - `request_id` string — A unique identifier for the request, which can be used for troubleshooting. This identifier, like all Plaid identifiers, is case sensitive.
