Returns a list of Recipients

- GetRecipientsResponse — GetRecipientsResponse defines the response schema for `/fdx/recipients`
  - `recipients` ExtendedRecipientMetadata[], required
    - `recipient_id` string, required — The recipient identifier
    - `client_name` string, required — The recipient name displayed by the Data Provider during the consent flow
    - `logo_uri` string, nullable — Data Recipient Logo URL location
    - `third_party_legal_name` string, required — The legal name of the recipient
    - `category` string, required — The category that the recipient falls under
    - `joined_date` string, date, required — The date at which the recipient gained production access to Plaid
    - `connection_count` integer, required — The number of consumers connected to the recipient through this Data Partner
