Reference catalogue of supported countries.

## Query parameters

Paginated country list.

  - `count` integer, required — Total number of items matching the filter.
  - `next` string, uri, nullable — URL of the next page, or `null` if last page.
  - `previous` string, uri, nullable — URL of the previous page, or `null` if first page.
  - `results` GeneralCountry[], required — The items in the current page.
    - `id` string — ISO-3166-1 alpha-2 code.

    - `phone_code` string
    - `three_code` string, nullable
    - `has_regulation` boolean
