Delete Project

Soft-delete a project by setting is_deleted=True.

The project row is preserved in the database but hidden from all read queries. Associated resources (datasets, training jobs) remain linked and are unaffected.

The project owner can always soft-delete their own project. Other team members must hold TeamPermission.DELETE_RESOURCES in the project's team — granted to owner, admin, and editor.

Args: project_id: Project UUID to soft-delete. auth: Authentication result.

Returns: ProjectDeleteResponse confirming the deletion.

Raises: HTTPException: 404 when no visible, non-deleted project matches project_id for the caller; 403 when the caller is not the project owner and lacks DELETE_RESOURCES; 500 on transient infrastructure errors.
