Update Training Job Model Name
Update the model_name for a training job.
Thin wrapper: visibility scoping, validation, the UPDATE, and the activity-event side effect all live in :meth:TrainingJobService.update_model_name. The router only owns HTTP concerns (status codes, request/response shaping) per brain/CLAUDE.md.
