Update Dataset Rows

Update specific rows in a dataset without re-uploading the entire dataset.

This is more efficient than creating a new version for small edits. Only the specified rows are modified; all other rows remain unchanged.

Args: name: Dataset name. version: Version number to update (use "latest" for most recent). request: List of row updates with row_index and changes.

Returns: DatasetRowsUpdateResponse with update status.
