Cancel Subscription

Cancel the team's subscription with a usage-netted pro-rated refund.

The single in-app cancellation entry point. Eligible teams (the grandfathered legacy cohort, once per card fingerprint) receive a pro-rated refund of unused subscription time minus the value of inference consumed this period. The subscription is cancelled immediately and the team is downgraded to free.

Requires: MANAGE_BILLING permission (owner, admin, or billing role).
