`GET /collections/hot/`

List hot collections with top repositories of the collection.

      - `repo_rank_changes` string — The rank changes of the repository in the collection

      - `start_ms` number — The start time of the query in milliseconds.
      - `end_ms` number — The end time of the query in milliseconds.
