`POST /scrape/crawl-website`

Legacy endpoint.  Scrapes a single URL and saves to the knowledge base.

Preserved for backward compatibility -- new integrations should use
POST /scrape/website instead.  Now delegates to Firecrawl v2 SDK and
honours the maxAge caching parameter.
