CardPayout
Use the CardPayoutRequest to process card-based payouts (withdrawals) to customers. This is only available for merchants and payment methods that support payouts. The request must be wrapped in a SinglePayoutRequest and submitted to the /process.trans endpoint using the standard SOAP envelope format.
