# GET /forms/{slug_or_id}

`GET /forms/{slug_or_id}`

This endpoint returns a specific form by slug or ID. This feature is available as part of the [Standard API](https://paperform.co/pricing/).

## Path parameters

- `slug_or_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successfully returned a single form that matched the provided slug or ID

  - `results` object
    - `form` Form
      - `id` string, uuid — The unique identifier of the form.
      - `slug` string — The default generated slug for the form.
      - `custom_slug` string, nullable — The custom slug for the form if set.
      - `space_id` integer — The id of the Space which contains the form.
      - `title` string, nullable — The title of the form.
      - `description` string, nullable — The description of the form.
      - `cover_image_url` string, uri, nullable — The cover image for the form.
      - `url` string, uri — The main sharing URL for the form.
      - `additional_urls` string[] — Additional URLs for the form
      - `live` boolean — Indicates if the form is currently accepting submissions.
      - `tags` string[], nullable — The tags assigned to the form.
      - `submission_count` integer — The number of submissions the form has received.
      - `created_at` string — A formatted date-time string in your account timezone indicating the time the form was created.
      - `updated_at` string — A formatted date-time string in your account timezone indicating the time the form was created.
      - `account_timezone` string — The configured timezone for your account.
      - `created_at_utc` string, date-time — A formatted date-time string in UTC indicating the time the form was created.
      - `updated_at_utc` string, date-time — A formatted date-time string in UTC indicating the time the form was created.
