# Enable Solr

`PUT /v0/sites/{site_id}/addons/solr`

Enables Solr for a site by creating an enable_addon workflow.

## Path parameters

- `site_id` string, required

## Response `200`

- SiteWorkflowCreationResponse
  - `active_description` string — Active description of current workflow step
  - `created_at` number, double — Creation timestamp
  - `id` string, required — Workflow ID
  - `number_of_tasks` integer — Number of tasks in the workflow
  - `type` string — Workflow type
