# Create Comments

`POST /ticketing/comments`

Create Comments in any supported Ticketing software

## Query parameters

- `remote_data` boolean

  - `body` string, nullable, required — The body of the comment
  - `html_body` string, nullable — The html body of the comment
  - `is_private` boolean, nullable — The public status of the comment
  - `creator_type` string, nullable — The creator type of the comment. Authorized values are either USER or CONTACT
  - `ticket_id` string, nullable — The UUID of the ticket the comment is tied to
  - `contact_id` string, nullable — The UUID of the contact which the comment belongs to (if no user_id specified)
  - `user_id` string, nullable — The UUID of the user which the comment belongs to (if no contact_id specified)
  - `attachments` union[], nullable — The attachements UUIDs tied to the comment

        - `field_mappings` object, nullable — The custom field mappings of the attachment between the remote 3rd party & Panora
        - `id` string, nullable — The UUID of the attachment
        - `remote_id` string, nullable — The id of the attachment in the context of the 3rd Party
        - `remote_data` object, nullable — The remote data of the attachment in the context of the 3rd Party
        - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable — The created date of the object
        - `modified_at` string, date-time, nullable — The modified date of the object
