`GET /.well-known/security.txt`

RFC 9116 security.txt — tells security researchers how to report a
vulnerability responsibly. Added July 2026 after a site scan flagged
its absence as the one gap a security-conscious evaluator would notice.
Expires annually — remember to bump the date each year.
