Delete an eSignature package
Deletes the eSignature package if it in the DRAFT or CANCELLED statuses. If the eSignature package is in the COMPLETED it will be deleted from the account, but archived according Pactima's retention policy.

Response
Returns an object with a deleted parameter on success. If the id does not exist, returns an error.
