# Delete an eSignature package

`DELETE /e-signature-packages/{id}`

Deletes the eSignature package if it in the `DRAFT` or `CANCELLED` statuses. If the eSignature package is in the `COMPLETED` it will be deleted from the account, but archived according Pactima's retention policy.

## Response `200`

Returns an object with a deleted parameter on success. If the id does not exist, returns an error.
