Handle Twilio SIP Domain webhook for call forwarding.
This endpoint processes incoming SIP calls from Twilio and generates TwiML instructions to forward the call to the appropriate phone number. The SIP URI format is expected to be: sip:+1DESTINATION,+1PURCHASEDNUMBER@twilio-interconnect.daily.co
