Twilio Payment Voice
Voice webhook for the PCI payment number used by the payment transfer.
Returns <Pay> TwiML so the caller keys their card via DTMF directly into Twilio's PCI environment (Shuttle Pay Connector). The PAN/CVC are captured entirely on the Twilio leg and never reach joma-api. The caller's return to the bot's room is driven by the Vonage NCCO, not by Twilio.
