C-FIND SCU for worklist

Trigger C-FIND SCU command against the remote worklists of the DICOM modality whose identifier is provided in URL

If set to true, report the DICOM tags in full format (tags indexed by their hexadecimal format, associated with their symbolic name and their value)

If set to true, report the DICOM tags in hexadecimal format
