Upload Sequence Video
Upload a video file for use as a PTV (round video) in a WhatsApp personal sequence.
The video should be square (1:1 aspect ratio), max ~60 seconds, MP4 H.264. Returns the S3 key that should be stored as VideoUrl on the flow step.
