[Beta] Report verified tool usage for metrics and analytics purposes only. Supports verification_type: eip3009_authorization (free tools, identity proof) or x402_settlement (paid tools, onchain USDC payment verification). Identify the tool by providing tool_chain_id + tool_registry_address (an onchain EVM address, or x402_bazaar / x402_bankr for x402 tools) + tool_onchain_id, or alternatively just tool_endpoint (the tool's canonical URL). This endpoint does NOT trigger any onchain transactions. This endpoint is under active development and may change without notice.
