`POST /data/status/update/`

Change the status of a dataset, either 'active' or 'deactivated'

## Other responses

- `412` — Precondition failed. An error code and message are returned. 691 - Illegal status 692 - Dataset does not exists 693 - Dataset is not owned by you 694 - Illegal status transition 695 - Status update failed
