Find why agents are not buying an x402 endpoint

Run one free read-only provider diagnostic across payment readiness, exact CDP Bazaar activation, five buyer-task retrieval samples, a submitted buyer budget and network policy, and public demand fields. Returns the earliest observable blocker and withholds paid recommendations when the sample does not justify work. It never signs or settles a payment.
