# Validate a paid listing before buying a profile refresh

`POST /api/x402/refresh-listing/validate`

Confirm that listing_id identifies an existing paid Ontario provider profile and inspect its current public evidence and fixed refresh price. This route is free, prevents payment during the included 30-day maintenance window, enforces the one-hour refresh cooldown, and does not run a scan or change the profile.

Paid profile is eligible for refresh

- `400` — Listing is missing or not a paid provider profile
