# Delete Credential

`DELETE /api/discovery-scan-config/v2/credentials/{id}`

Use this API to delete an existing credential and its associated reference keys.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

Credential deleted successfully

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
