# Create or Update Domain Group

`POST /api/cmp/v1/domains/{domainId}/domaingroup`

Use this API to create a new domain group or update an existing domain group.

## Path parameters

- `domainId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- DomainGroupRequestDto
  - `removeExisting` boolean — This flag indicates whether to remove existing configurations before applying new ones.
  - `urls` string[] — The list of URLs to be processed or managed.

## Response `201`

Created

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
